Reasonable management fee
The annual management fee is 1% from $0 to $1,000,000 and 0.7% above $1,000,000. This fee is not charged up front but rather is charged semiannually at half the above rate schedule after six months of service.

No conflict of interest
Our only source of compensation is our management fee, we sell no products.

No Commingling or possession of client funds
Each client has direct ownership of their individual accounts, which we manage separately through a limited power of attorney.

Dedicated to client satisfaction
Our goal is to maintain lifetime client relationships. We are confident that we can satisfy clients’ investment needs in that clients have absolutely no obligation to pay our management fee unless they are completely satisfied.

Very conservative long-term investment approach
